    all my neighbours have **** connect atm aswell and are disconnecting regularly so if the lines are fupped what are my rights?

    If its the isp fault coz there all dicks is there any other flat rate isp in ireland atm?

    In Cork? No other flat rate dialup ISP (apart from Genesis!)
