bandwidth monitors

I've seen various people using bandwidth monitors on their pc's to work out the levels of internet access [see numerous adsl threads] .... Is there any of these for Macs (had a look at download.cnet.com under "bandwidth monitor" and came with nowt.

Ye, you got me curious, the only thing I found was "Modem Light" on downloads.com
