I'm temped to lock this thread cause of it's pure stupidity.. but anyway I think the music, although crap suits the theme of the series.

Yea, the music fits the theme because Star Trek has been changed into a blatently American universe. The intro contains clips of American moon landings and space walks, forgetting Yuri Gagarin and the all the other countries involved in the ISS etc.

At least in TNG things were a bit awry, not totally Americanised. Now it's just 'America In Space'.
