It really has to be Star Trek imo... 30years of shows to chose from loike.

..plus 'Enterprise' really does seem like a big step up from Voyager/DS9.

hmm.. a bit off topic, but see in Enterprise last monday... they did a shout-out to some school in Ireland (in Co. Kerry or somewhere I think)... anyone know what the actual name and location of the school was?

From what I remember (it's been a while since I saw it) they were talking to a "high school" in Kenmare - an "nth Grade" class (where n is a number I've forgotten  )

Is it another example of putting the stuff in a language the underbody of dumb xenophobic Americans can understand???

P.S.> Please note that I'm not trying to tar all Americans with the same brush, but it seems to me there are quite a few people there who, in the words of the Disposable Heroes of Hiphoprisy, "think Central America means Kansas"...

While I'm voting Star rek, I would just like to point out that Space:Above and Beyond kicks the tail of all these series....or would have if it'd been taken up for season 2...instead of sliders which sucks donkey balls, great hairy donkey balls

I love SAAB, just got the first 5 episodes

But I'm afraid I voted for star trek:cool:

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,425 ✭✭✭Fidelis

Slydice, where are you getting these episodes? I think I asked this before, but does anyone know if SAAB is on DVD at all?

    To answer my own question;

Checked google, as far as the fan sites are concerned, SAAB has never been made into a DVD... :(

One guy has compiled them onto cds in .avi format, found it on this site. Wouldn't bother though.

I did see a few links relating to a petition to get the series made in DVD format though it doesn't look very promising.

Quite a few (146 in total) fan sites with lots of info on the show from here.

Ah well, life goes on... *barely*

Frickin' shame too that was a dam good series, did I mention that Sliders sucks great hairy donkey balls? and that's the series S:AAB was cancelled for...oh let us weep for time immortal...and so forth

    weres doc who ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,007 ✭✭✭Moriarty

Has to be stargate, dosent it? Star trek really lost its way with voyager. Enterprise is shaping up well, but it still hasnt reedemed the franchise enough to get my top spot over stargate.

Stargate is just the dogs swollox ;)

i voted fer lexx. Dunno why but it caught my atention the first time i saw it. Its a litlle foul but you need a bit of light horror in a sci-fi/fantasy.

(taking into acount i dont see it regularly)
