2000 supports directx 7/8 so then it'd be ok for games?
Will some games refuse to run on 2000?

And would ME or 2000 install if i just put the cd in an operating systemless computer?
and would i be able to install me and 2000 selecting one on boot up?

Yeah, great, you can install linux and not be able to run ANY of your games. Nice one. smile.gifWindoes ME is just win98 with a few bug fixes etc, and win2k is NT5. Because win2k is built on NT kernel, it wont be able to run any DOS based games, and some other older games. On the plus side, its far more stable.

Don't forget to get SP1 for Win2k - it fixes a good few problems with it and games.
