People generally use the ones there and if they make new ones they post them to Admin

The original collection of cards were created by a poster named hobbes and were presented to the world at large here.

I forget whether or not there was a previous release of one or two cards, but that was the biggest release of them anyway, and they were created just because hobbes was bored, unbelievably good work.
