adsl's been down since tuesday night

    My Adsl's been down since tuesday night.

    I'm using a Mac and I get as far as 'authenticating' but when you look at the logs it says 'was unable to connect to the i-stream server'

    The problem was 'escalted' on tuesday night, but they haven't been able to give me any real update since ...

    number is 4736XXX

    and exchange is dolphin's barn;

    anyone any thoughts;
