I give it an A- for trolling, the minus being for the inclusion of 'A Time to Kill' and 'Black Hawk Down' in a list of films which are otherwise all better than LoTR.

BLACK HAWK DOWN... greatest films of all time... are you MAD!??!?!?!??! Didn't like Heat too much either but still way better than BHD, and watchable

The rest okey and i loved American Beauty.
Didn't think that Lord of the Rings was bad just massivly over-rated. AN okay film in a crappy year for films, prob part the reason why it was over-rated besides the whole book following.

Now if your talking BEST films of all time, MEAN MACHINE heh heh,
okay i'm kidding but still better than B.H.D. ****in hated thatttttttttttt! (haven't seen mean-mahine yet but i knows its better )

I thought lotr was a great movie and I don't think if could have got all the praise it did if it was as bad as yer man is saying it is. Interesting side note: most of the people who have these negative opinions are hardcore ganster movie fans. Are they afraid of releasing their inner child and watching a few elves? I mean how much more mature is it for grown men to dance around shooting fake bullets at each other?

american beauty was a waste of time.
godfather films were to involved and stylised for my liking.
goodfellas was bad over acting
shawshank redemption had tim robbins in it. say no more.
heat had al pacino in it. possibly one of the worst actors ive had the misfortune of seeing.
but these are my points of views and they are vastly different from yours. so just because you disagree with the majority of people in not liking lotr, im not too sure why you want to tell the world about it.
