    I was wondering if lets say there is a website with a flash program running on it can you download it or get the file with an actuall download link?

    All flash files are downloaded into the cache of the browser,
    so just check your temp internet files in your windows folder and it should be there

    or else

    View the page source and find the name of the file[***.swf] and then do a search of your HDD

    Keep in mind the Intellectual Property rights of others if endeavouring to do the above :)
