As seen in Private Eye this week, a gem from Sarah Sands in Vogue
One of the more reassuring pictures post 11 September was of Victoria Beckham at a fashion show in Milan. Her face glowed with a yearning to spend money. I felt that only she stood between us and recession

    anything by shinji

I was waiting for that as soon as I clicked on the topic. Cunt!

As for the Mirror, I've got a grudging respect for it based mostly on the simple fact that it isn't the Sun or the Mail, both of which are far, far worse.

sun and mail have better sports :)

besides, did you ever hear about the time we wound p sutty into believing that you wrote for the big issues in london.
he swallowed it hook line and sinker, man that was funny!!!!
and you were too embaressed to admit it.
that was about the time that me and amp discovered the meaning of life.
    'people do stuff'

That piece strikes me as being one of the most shallow journalistic comment about the typically artificial and insincere approach of the celebrity world I have read in recent times. The manner in which some reporters will defer obsequiously to someone famous and pay them lip service for supposed services to humanity never fails to amaze and amuse me.

Victoria Beckham is rich, and she is pretty (to some). Beyond these superficial virtues there is really little else that indicates to me that she is supposedly combatting recession. Why should the fact that Victoria Beckham chooses to flaunt her wealth encourage others to follow her decadence?

Of course, if we all keep spending, everything is going to be OK

    2001 worst piece of journalism.......

    JOURNALISM MAN! DO YOU UNDERSTAND....

This propbably the worst piece of reporting that i have ever seen, the fact that the reporter linked 9/11 to her impression of a celebrity wraught with greed is beyond me.......i hope she got fired over that one!

btw;As for posh .....No, I'd probably break something
