    I remember someone did a hoax before on April 1st on the IIA mailing list about a new internet bandwidth tax in Ireland. Very funny when some tech savvy people replied (some of whom are actually moderators here ) on how unfair it was.

    I think I have the email somewhere here if people would like to see it. The only thing thats worrying is that some civil servant might see it and go "Ooooh, good idea ".
