Seems €ircom overlooked registering Istream.ie but i am sure if i registered it i would loose to all there high class Lawers :p

Unfortunately though, i-stream.ie[Edit: whoops, put the www. in, made a link to eircom :eek:] has been registered, so you wouldn't even get to the lawyers. The DR would probably contact eircom as soon as you put your application in. A loud and sharp 'yoink' would then be audible.
Unfortunately, eircom and the IEDR are quite friendly. Joined at the hip if you will.
