    Not really, simple economics - if you'll look, they're not releasing IE for any i386-based UNIX system, forcing people to use Windows if they want to use IE on Intel hardware.

    Besides, who'd want to use IE on Linux? Galeon is badass.

    IE's been available on solaris and HP-UX for ages now, IIRC. It's a pity it's sparc processor only, I've intel, and I'm curious as to how stable it is. I haven't seen a stable browser on solaris x86 that has working java/flash/macromedia support.
