    OOHHHHH........boo-hoo
Enjoy the 24 hrs until Liverpools next victory, and until the reality of the Premiership lead we have kicks in!!!:)

3rd Goal was great BTW. Now all you need to do is to hire a good hypnotist to get Bergkamp to travel on a plane or maybe some big blokes w/ baseball bats- either would work :) Freddie's on fire @ the moment, but whats up Richard Wright??

Now that's where a North Bank season ticket becomes worth the fat cheque you have to sign at the beginning of the year :) Absolutely amazing match, we were well worth the score, should have probably even had more. Stuart Taylor(someone mentioned Richard Wright?) was outstanding considering he is a 21-year old third choice keeper facing players who earn 4 or 5 times Arsenal's best-paid player.

I'll admit our first goal came slightly against the run of play, but it was a well-worked move that deserved a goal in fairness. Henry's free-kick was beautifully struck, I had an excellent view of it from my seat, watched it simply curl into the top corner. Juventus' goal was extremely fortunate, but the difference between the Gunners and the Spuds here is, that Spurs would probably start to capitulate after conceding (never mind that they wouldn't score against Juve in the first place :P). The way we held our nerve after that unfortunate og (I don't care what UEFA says, that's a Taylor og) was very admirable indeed. And what about Dennis on the edge of the box for the third? Three defenders surrounding him, he dances around them for a bit, before flicking a through-ball behind him, where Freddie's ready to pounce for number three.

An extremely satisfying result in many ways, it shows we can certainly compete with the best in Europe...regrettably, not all our matches are played at Highbury and we need to sort out our travel-sickness. Otherwise we're going to get hammered at the Delle Alpi.

    Occy

    Bob
The Richard Wright reference was regarding the previous few matchs and his various cockups not re: Tuesday:)
Fair balls to Stuart Taylor though- he's done well since hes got a game.

And what about a Arsene singing his contract???
I never thought that would happen!
Things dont look that bad for the Goooners, especially if they can get the likes of Vierra & Henry to sign on the dotted line w/ a commitment for the next few years.
