    you know how i have to pay £99 for installation for Eircom hi-speed, if i were to move house, would i have to pay that again?

    I beleive if you move to a house in the same exchange are i.e. first two numbers of phones are the same, no, otherwise yes.

    I was living in Ranelagh and moved to Phibsboro last year, had to pay again for ISDN in Phib.
