But just to make us look less of muppets.

I think that it should be moved further up the page, like just under the login box, like in yahoo mail and stuff "problem logging in click here" type of thing, just to make it a bit more obvious.

I agree. It's obvious what to do with the contact link, but there'll always be one who'll go, 'duh, it doesn't say exactly what I need, so it mustn't be there'.
