Front page of the Irish Examiner last Friday had a story about a woman from tallagh who was siting on a toilet when it exploded!

The woman 'claims' she was puting on her makeup when she heard a rumbling sound and suddenly a loud bang, she was thrown from the toilet seat, which promptly collapsed!

The woman received minor brusing from the incident. She sued the pub got £9900. The insurance company then tried to sue the plumber, claiming that the toilet was placed unevenly??? but the judge ruled against the insurance company due to the lack of forensic evidence.

Now people lest try and keep the immature 'toilet humour' to a minimun, n non of your usual 'potty mouth' LMAO :D

Just thought it was time for a break from the war n stuff :)

Or when the cousil forgot to cover a small hole(2"x3") in the street and about and 25 fell down it!!! :D

Speaking of ridiculous lawsuits - anyone else have an eyebrow piercing? I went into get me hair cut the other day, and the guy asked me to take it out(my eyebrow piercing, you dirty bastid), OK no prob. Then he proceeded to tell me about this girl who went into Peter Mark in the square, who had a ring in the eyebrow, and in the process of brushing her hair with the comb, the poor hairdresser whipped it out. Ow, ok but hey shít happens. Nope, this girl goes and sues them, gets 10 grand, and is appealing the ruling 'cos she wants more!!!!wtf? Ok, you get a piercing, you expect some hassle with them anyway, and most eyebrow piercings grow out. I would ask for 200 quid(enough for a new eyebrow piercing, a HD and some RAM) and a free haircut. Why are some people such moochers?!?!?!?!
