This is where the membership of the group comes in. You all want some tv coverage. Well, you have to make good tv to get the media there. I figure that an 8 months pregnant woman standing all day at the top of Grafton Street might be okay. If I was surrounded by a group of people *also* all in black, also talking to people and explaining what's going on, now, that's some good tv. Getting the mouse outfit from Eircom...well, that would be beautiful, but that's not going to happen :-).

It seems to me that it's pretty good timing, and would be nice to help out in what little way we can, by being over at Grafton St a little earlier, say 4.30 or 5? Why not come along and wear black.
If it's raining, those black umbrellas are less than a fiver in Dunnes, and it's something to have a bit craic talking about when we're drinking the real black stuff later.

I'd like to take this opportunity to give out quite a big SMB to those who didn't turn up. I had to witness Al sucking the face off some poor yung wan for a couple of hours with no moral support.

I was at Grafton Street handing out leaflets with the rest of the IrelandOFFLine 'crew' and we ended up retiring to the Swan bar on Aungier Street, where only 3 of their pints of Guinness made me violently sick.

I'd like to take this oppurtunity to thank Sico for his moral support during the whole ordeal, it was tough, but somebody had to do it.

Also thanks to the New Zealand fans who bought me lots of drink, and set me up with the aforementioned "yung wan": nicely done guys!
