Just a quick note to let you know about Halloween night (31.10.01) at the Temple Bar Music Centre.

Performance, a FREE Admission gig opens it's doors at 7.30pm. This monthly gig showcases the best of Irish talent and on Halloween night will feature live Rock, Pop, Reggae, Hip Hop, Electro and Techno performances from Aqualung, King Sativa (Also known as Bob Marley trubute band Catch a Fire) Ay Cee and the Little Green Techno Elves.

Selected Pints are £2 and selected shots (vodka or tequila) are £1. Free Admission. Fancy Dress optional!

The live performances are followed by Soul Riot, a club of dancin' and jivin' to great soul and dance classics from James Brown and other Soul legends. Get your boogie on the dancefloor!

It promises to be a great fun midweek night out, and unlike other Haloween bashes is FREE provided you attend the Performance gigs before the club.

Burn up the dancefloor but not a hole in your pocket!

The aforementioned Bob Marley tribute band - Catch a Fire - played at the IT Carlow fresher's ball, and they were damn good :)
