When I first got my digibox installed the kind installion guys never left us all the user manuals you get with such things. He fixed the digibox remote so that we could use it to change the volume on our normal tv and change channel etc. Recently I had to change the batteries and now it has lost the function to change…

Or go to Interactive menu and choose Sky Enquiries and go through the remote control options to get codes and stuff. Very handy!
