Commandos 2

Since I haven't already seen a post about the release of this Sequel It can mean about 3 things.

1. U've bought the game and Are Spending all ur time playin' it.

2. U've seen the Expensive price Tag and RAN.

3. Or U just Don't Like Commandos.

I got the game yesterday for £35.99 (Twas £40.00 in Smyths but I got £4.00 quid off it with they're Loyalty Card).

I've been playing the game ever since and Have been enjoying every minute of it.It does take a little while to get used to the differences of the First Commandos but When Ur past that - Tis Great.I noticed that they left in alot of cool stuff from the Misson Pack (Beyond the Call Of Duty) e.g : The Way you can knock ppl out and then Tie Em' Up (I like this one ) and also the various Distracting techniques - such as - the Cigerettes.
But they've taken out the Stone throwing .
(I never used it anyways).

At first when I read about all the features involved
I thought It was gonna be alot more complicated than the first but When I actually got down and played the thing for a couple of hours - My view of it changed alot.
The interface has changed alot too but again - getting used to it comes into play.

I don't know what the rest of ya think about it but Come And Post !!

I'm headin' back to tie up some more Nazis.

I'm on the bonus mission just before the bridge over the river kwai type mission.

hehe, well ive done the number 2 and RAN like crazy. its a bit expensive and i dont deserve the game yet mainly cause i still havent finished the last game yet. it wouldnt be fair on my skillz or the general game approach to start playing the new game without finishing the first one.

I'm on the Snow Mission - White Death atm.

Seems pretty easy though.

And - It does seem to look like we are the only ppl who bought this.

I liked the first one, wasn't too keen on the second one though.

I am trying to refrain from buying crap until next month at least.

Well that except for Dark Majesty because it will be released in the US a lot sooner then Europe.

I returned Jumpgate and got Commandos 2. The game is very nice.

Kind of like the other games but a lot better. The interaction with the environment is much better.

Oh I'm on the first mission, only just managed to meet up with the female spy.

Those Drop Down Rope Ladders are really cool.

On The Burma Mission where you have to assinate the Leader dude.

I sniped him and then Dropped down a ladder over the Balcony ,
Ran along the Bank next to the river,
Climbed up the Other Drop-Down Ladder I had set-up already,
Ran Across the Bridge (to the other side),
Climbed down the other side on another Drop-Down Ladder and On To the boat with the rest o' the fellas.

BTW - there does seem to be alot of Drop-Down Ladders in that level.
You Really Have To Search.
