    Yo Strat.

That RAM won't work in your board.

BTW, I'd recommend getting a DDR board, and better RAM if you're going to be overclocking (they have some Corsair or Crucial 2400 stuff there)

A ThermoEngine is no longer the business.

I'd recommend waiting for a KT266A-based board personally.

DOuble the price almost for a 266A board. The best one to get without doubt, but will prob cost around £140 sterling, and is around $150 US.

You need a DDR motherboard as someone already pointed out,
    try one of these:

    A-Bit KG7-RAID 4 DDR Slots - Expensive!
    A-Bit KG7 4 DDR Slots - No Raid - Less Expensive
    A-Bit KG7-LITE 2 DDR Slots - No Raid - Quite Cheap!

I dont know many other boards becuase I havent read about them but I heard something about the Asus A7266 or something like that being very good

It might work out cheaper if you get the stuff from dabs.com because they have a fixed postage of £23sterling to Ireland.

I think OcUK and Dabs are around the same pricing...

Or atleast buy the bigger parts from dabs and the fan/heatsink from OcUK.

    Lo strat,
    Im looking at the Kg7 raid 4DDr + athlon 1.4 + crucial 2*256mb DDR cas-2.5 with an SK6 heatsink.

That all came to IEP £505 with everything tacked on, but am checking dabs now :)

Its there in the motherboard+cpu kits in OcUK.

I bought a full server case to house it in today and Im getting the psu proberly in peats.

I'd buy one tommorrow at that price.

And some DDR RAM might come in handy too ;)
