Recording in Sky+ (Other Channels)

Hi I've just spoken to a girl called Claire in Sky (scotland) who has assured me that I can record from the Other Channels section on Sky+ and that I am able to record UTV. Can someone in the real world confirm this or set the record straight. I don't think it is possible so was going to have it installed and then kick up…

Hi

I don't think it is possible so was going to have it installed and then kick up a fuss when I couldn't record UTV in the hope of getting refund of installation fee.

I don't have Sky+ but from what I've read here "Other channels" cannot be recorded with Sky+.

Other channels can't be recorded unto the hard drive, only to a Video/DVD Recorder.
