I was first Inroduced to Laura Woods on RTE's atest attempt at Kool KIDS TV. She seems to talk out the side of here mouth. Fair Dues to RTE on the Disabilties hiring policy. Like to see the BBC Do that. But then I don’t think anyone can beat UTV's. Trisha jeremey, Julian etc etc

Iam not buying it. I still think she must of had a stroke. She only uses one eight of her mouth when she talks. Dosnt seem to stop her eating her dinner though. She could do with feeding Geri Maye some of her scraps. Eat a samwhich Geri Maye. If she was a hunger striker they would be force feeding her by now

Know exactly what you mean ccd - drives me up the wall. She pouts her mouth to one side so the words, what others would call babble, just casually fall out of the corner.

Coincidental though it may be, I actually am her bosses daughter, and I couldn't get a job if I wanted one without going through alot of auditions, training and improving my cv a great deal, and even then it would be very unlikely. The woman obviously appeals to enough people to keep her place in the business or she would be dropped quick enough, and aren't all of you a bit old for children's tv anyway??

I Think she may be on the air still, because people feel sorry for her. I know I do. Maybe She could start her own Charity and raise more awereness for stroke victums she could get people like Barry Maguigan and Muhammod Ali on. To show how otheR stroke victums have overcome there's.

Whether you find her attractive or not is obviously a personal choice but to start making comments about her "weight" is just stupid.. She is completely normal in that regard maybe not a 6.5 stone stick but she is definitely representative of an average Irish woman.

What if Laura Woods has a problem which could be very serious.

She may not be a good presenter but let the comments be about her presenting skills not about her health.

It's just coming across as very nasty.
