    Hey guys & girls

I'm going to a wedding next week and I've to get a wedding present and I haven't a clue what to get. Basically I know the bride to be through work (she works in our head office) and my best friend who works with her in the same department is bringing me as her guest. Now my friend is giving her money and I don't want to go empty handed so what's the appropriate amount I should spend/give? Please help!

Stick a 50 in the card... thats what people did at my sisters wedding who werent close friends or family and she was fairly chuffed with herself... Or if ur broke some crystal from roches might be a nice idea... You can get some lovley wine glass sets for around 30 quid...

Your going as a guest of someone else who was invited, therefore you give a joint present.

Add cash to the present she is giving.

    cash
it's always a good bet, weddings cost a bomb in this country, anything you can give towards that will always be appreciated
