Just get any of the buses listed there on that most awesome of maps. I'm not too sure about the 16a and 16 though, i'll ask some people and see if it goes there for definite. All the buses listed leave from the parnell end of o'connell street

I'll be there. If your going from o'connell st just go from there up henry st (i think thats the one with the luas on it) in the direction of connolly station. At the end of that st there are bus stops and thats where you get the bus from. I'm not sure which bus it is you get then but just ask the driver and say your going to the regency hotel.
