    1. Would a Laptop with a Centrino Processor be a better buy that a more powerful P4 processor.The guy in the shop i was in today says the P4 processors do not run to well on laptops.(Centrino Or AMD equivalant)

    2.Anyone gotta any idea about Acer laptops?

    Dont buy a P4 laptop, their rubbish unless you want to cook stuff:D

    Acer have some good deals, look at the 5024wlmi aspire.

    ya i just heard, went and visited the computer science department in college. i'd say they though i was thick.

    Like the looked of the 5021 til thet stopped making them and the 5024 just appealed to me with the Turion.

    In review i like AMD but never had a AMD cpu in a laptop so will report back later i hope.

    So do http://www.pchealth.ie. Can't figure out if their prices are ex VAT or not. If those prices are inc VAT, they're comparable to microaid.
