    how about companies were all shares are divided evenly amongst the workers.the more people work the better the company does all the dividends are go back to the workers of the individual company, i know theres probably about fifty or more problems there but i dont know what they are so i welcome anyone else pointing them out

    if its a new company do all the workers put in the same amount of investment to get equal shares or can employee A buy more shares that employee B

    if its an existing company can all the workers in the company afford to by out the existing shareholders and if not then can employee A buy more shares that employee B
