Buying Contact Online-mine never arrived !

Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone has bought contact lenses online from OpticiansOnline.ie.
I ordered them over three weeks ago, my credit card was debited but there is no sign of the lenses yet. There is no phone number on the site just a fax and email address. I sent them a mail 3 days ago, no reply and just faxed them today.
The site looks secure enough to me.
Just wondering what I should do if I still hear nothing from them.

Thanks for that. I rang back the original number that SpongeBob gave me and the woman hadn't a clue what i was talking about. Then I rang 4100908 which my friend sent to me (she found on Google) and they hadn't heard of the company but they are in the Guiness Enterprise centre. They put me through to reception but it's closed. I looked up the Guiness Enterprise centre website but Lenses Online aren't listed. I'll call again tomorrow.
But if it turns out that they're not legitimate, does anyone know what I can do. They have my Credit card details.

"Charge Back" your credit card , ring the issuer .

They are non contactable
They are not at the address given on their website or to domain registry
There is no proof they exist anymore (basically)
IF there is a delay they never mailed you to say what it is or responded to queries .

I received a mail from them the following day, saying that they had received my mail and fax and that the delay was with An Post. I'm slightly more confident that they are legit now, but who knows. With the postal strike now I may never get them. Will let you know.

Opticians Online don't have a phone number but they do have a text number. They are the first company that I've seen that allow you to re-order your contact lenses by text. Plus texts are at standard rate so they don't rip you off like a few other companies out there!

The lenses aren't the cheapest but they're not sent from The US like most of the other sites (that pretend to be Iris or English) so there's no customs taxes or post office delays. Plus the last time I got lenses from The US they were the old version with a short expiry date. My eyesite is too precious to mess around with. I'd definately recommend Opticians Online.
