My monitor packed up last week and I need a new one. All the ones on Komplett seem to cost €270+. Isn't there somewhere I can get one for more like €200? That's all I payed for my 15" one two years ago.

The US version of the dell factory outlet has lots of cheap refurbished screens. The Irish one doesn't seem to be offering any separates yet though.

Komplete are great price and spec for 17" and 19" verses PCWorld or Maplins. It offer 19" for that 270 + postage. But if its a bog standard 15" u want PCWorld and Maplins both do 15" for under 200. Seen one on offer for 150 in PCWorld the last day but there were only a couple left. Thats in the Galway branch.

Think if you go to their website you can do a buy and reserve for in branch collection.

Those things you get in PcWorld ive heard tend to get dead pixels easily enough. I think there policy is monitors will be replaced only if something like more than 5 are dead. An absolute pain in the hole if one goes right in the middle of your screen.
