When i do sit up's or press up's i get a very bad headache which can last for up 24 hours,it starts in the back of my neck then into my head!

I have tried warming up and better breathing techniques but it keeps happening, anyone got advice or a possible cause to this problem?

    Dehydration??

Do you drink enough water? I heard recently that most people in this country are de-hydrated all the time.

What is it, 2 litres of water per day minimum??

Sounds like neck or back trauma to me, but I'm not a doctor.

    Go to a doctor.

    Locked.
