    Yes. Western Union is not allowed on ebay. It's a well known scam.

    Check the feedback, newest is 2004, someone more than likely robbed his a/c or he sold it to someone. Or he just robbed 26 ipods off apple. Probably one of those anyways! ;)

    Apart from the fact his english is really bad, the Apple specs are copy/paste. He even got the color wrong

    It is almost definately a scam.
    Account holder is German and the item is in China? Also, the feedback shows no recent activity.

    A mate bid on an identical auction recently (iPod, 'German' seller, item in China) and within a couple of days received an email from eBay saying they had cancelled the transaction as that user's account had been compromised.

    If it's Western Union payment only don't touch it with a barge pole.
