If anyone has seen the ads for it and thought its only a piece of garbage think again. I got one and it works great for me. Im about 5'8 and about 9 1/2 stone, pretty skinny but wanted to firm up my abs a bit more. I use it most days for about 30-40 crunches, it really is effortless and doesnt seem like a workout at all, but the results really show. It cost me $98 and i think you can get it in Ireland im sure. Just thought id share that with everyone and i dont work for Ab Lounge :)

Is their pics of it? Although it may work for you or some people but a while back i purchased the " Ab king pro ". Although the first day or two it really worked but after that it became the biggest waste of money i ever spent. I heard decline weighted crunches are the best way to go, so im going to try them. Anyway if you can post a link to a webby so i can have a look at it none the less.
