    is it possible to save streaming media, need to save some radio and tv programmes for college but the option is not there in the file folder, not sure is this even the right place to ask this sorry if not

    I use Total Recorder to get audio - I've never tried to capture streaming video, but I think the software you might need will depend on the format of the stream e.g. if it's realmedia, windows media etc.

    I did a quick Google & found this - it might be useful, but not free:(

    There might be free progs that will do the same job

    Instead of capturing crappy streams - I just found the content in it's original form on the Gnuttella network! ;)
