Mouse problems with RH6.1 installation

Ok, so I downloaded the Red Hat 6.1 ISO and burned it to a CD. My machine boots from the CD, I try t use the default "graphical" installation, and it displays loads of stuff about all the drives that it (successfully) detected, and then says "Probing for mouse" and just sits there doing nothing then. My mouse is a Genius NetMouse Pro on the serial port. I've tried switching to text/expert installations, but I get the same problem. Does anyone know a solution - apart from buying another mouse...

First check out if your mouse is compatable of if there are any reported issues on www.linux.org . You could always install linux with out a mouse then add one later.
