Okay this is a day late but earlier this evening (Friday) BBC 4 screened a hour long documentary about the weird and wonderful Sun Ra. Its repeated on Thusdar Nov 3rd at 2 am! Mike.

I dunno! I taped it and hav'nt got round to viewing, however I did catch the opening few mins and it looked fairly "out there" with an amusingly animated spaceship landing to spead the word of Sun Ra.
