    Hi,
    Just wondering can i change my package online or do i have to call that helpline line,

    I really cant bare helplines.

    You can do it online....just order the upgrade/downgrade package. Takes a few days though.
    Quicker if you phone them. I was upgraded about 20 minutes after I called.
