has the three AM downtime gone? Haven't noticed since the upgrade.

I suppose I could just wait around untill three am to find out.. but then how would I occupy these few moments?

The backups are running, but the DB machine is faster, so perhaps the servers aren't effected as badly. I shall bravely stay up until 3am to take a look some time.

I was up at that time last night actually.. seemed to go down for about 10 - 15 minutes at 3am - not much compared to the hour it was taking before hand.

    Three cheers for new hardware!

I think people should just go to bed,
That way they won't notice any downtime and they'll be no complaining :D
