Am near 12GB and so worried about using this weekend.
Apologies if this has been covered before - I've tried looking back at older threads.
There is one re the usage counter not working for some people (and they are OK to use more) - But my usage counter is working.

    Ta

Hi. This has been covered a lot in the past. I haven't heard of anyone being charged. I went over my limit by about 10GB or so a few months ago. I never got charged. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it at this stage. Download away!

I've been going over my cap by a few gigs every month for the last 5 or 6 months and havn't been charged. My usage stas havnt worked for 2 months so i dont know who much ive been dowloading :p think its over 30gig this month, I have 24 gig cap. i reckon there turinig a blind eye to it unless ya abuse it. I've also heard from a friend how was contacted by ericom about getting bb that they would allow him to go over the limit and not be charged as long as he didnt abuse it.

so id say work away :D
