Summer Holiday Suggestions

I'm looking for suggestions on where to go for a 2 week holiday in the summer. I'd be going with 2 other girls. So far we've been to Cyprus, Puerto Rico and Turkey(the best holiday ever!!). Preferably I'd like somewhere that's not too hot.
