    hey..a bit of a question..
    been looking for tribulus but was recomended this product and have been doin a bit of research since i bought it..it seems ok..but has anyone had any experience?
    Also i may have my garda medical coming up around janurary..whats the chances of it causing any hassle?

    Could you post the ingredients (just the major ones) and the doses? They should be available on a site like bodybuilding.com if you do a search?

    As regards Animal products, they tend to vary greatly in quality. I think their fat burners are good, even since they removed the ephedrine, but their multi vit pack isn't great, mainly because timing and doses of vitamins are specific to meals and times of the day etc.

    ah thanks for the info..normally i just use protien shakes..a couple times creatine but still thinking at only 20 what effect it would have. thanks for any help
