    Hi

I am planning a home renovation at the moment & am thinking about putting down cable to futureproof the house - i.e. have it in place for spreakers, a home network etc. May as well do it while the electrics are being done!
    My questions are:

    (a) has anyone done something similar and have any tips to pass on
    (b) I have read about bundled cabling (Cat5e, fiberoptic etc|) - but can't see it available on Irish/UK websites - anyone know where to get a price for it
    (c) If I end up going for "normal" cabling any suggestions as to where is the best value

    thanks
