I really doubt you have flu tbh..if you did even the thought of posting to a bulliton board would most likely make you feel ill.
Proper flu leaves you in in bed - because you cannot get out!! - bar to the toilet which the effort of going to will leave you feeling like death warmed up for another hour or so!!..end of story..unless its life or death!!(or your a total masochist!!).

You probably have a strong cold, so yep drink plenty of fluids, getting plenty of fresh fruit into you might help too.
I have read that very strong chillis and raw garlic is good for colds and flu..but dunno the medical truth in this if any.

Hope you feel better soon :)

why did you get out of bed if you have flu
i think youmust have been bored to hell and so must be spending some time on the computer
well do take a lot of rest and also drink a lot of fluids
you can also take vitamin c and also have hot soup
    that will keep you warm

Tamiflu is only good if taken during the very first stages of flu!
After a week worth of flu it wonna do blufin any good.

Aye...Real flu leaves you totally drained. Rest and fluids!
Lots of foods with zinc and VitC are good for weaning it away!

tiadesai please edit this post, wanton usage of this drug is utterly totally the wrong thing to advise given the current worries about H51!

Influenza inhalers only work if they are used early. The only real prevention is to be vaccinated annually.

Its a viral infection and the immune system fights it off if it is given the time to do so.
