I got banned from Films for saying Monty Python and the Holy Grail wasn't actually a very good film...

Funny... but not a good film... so if you don't like some of the sillier Monty Python humour you really don't have much else.

Life of Brian on the other hand is a very good film and works on many levels.

Im not sure actually! I may have been banned once from PI when someone used my account and posted some crap. I had left myself logged in at work and someone used it..

Oh and there was something years ago when (at another job) a friend registered with the name horndog and variations of it (horndog2,3 etc..) monty loved him Anyone he once registered as "namuras" which people noticed is in fact Saruman backwards so he spammed after hours again.. i know i got the blame since it was my name backwards and all.

No idea if i was ever actually banned though... dont care really...

Iwas banned from after hours for a little ditty that start wit "hey pakistani" i waited out my week though!so it was grand!

Just reading all these banning posts, gosh isnt the world a safer place that the moderators monitor us so closely. All hail our overlords for protecting us from the evils of.... eh... each other!!!

In all seriousness though, that dude who said she/he didnt like the monthy python flix and got banned? Gimme a break! Good movies, but where is the fun in a forum if you cant give ur opinion???

Still tho, u deserve a polite slap on the wrist for ur dislike!

I didn't say I didn't like them... I just think that Life of Brian is the only proper film that they've made.

and it was only a 10 minute ban... so it wasn't to be taken seriously.

If I act the prick in PI I'm as likely to get banned as anyone else tbh. It's happened a few times when I lost my temper with someone and started giving them a lot of abuse. Alcohol and PI don't mix well...
