What are u doing up between 12-6am?

Well I do shift work so 1 out of 3 weeks I work from 10-6am. I notice that there is always people posting at these times. What would keep ye up? work/insominiac/the joy of boards? Is there some late night thing that I'm missing out on?

I dont post much but im usually here from 12-8.30am as ive been working nights for the past 2 and a half months! This place and a few other forums keep me sane.

Oh aren't shifts lovely especially when you're off for a few days from 7 in the morning. Only 2 hours to go now

Yeah know what you mean its good to have the "company".
What else keeps ye sane. I can't go onto a lot of internet sites as company has lot of them blocked. OOO if I could only play online poker!!!

I can browse whatever i want really where i am so its all good. Got the radio blasting out some good **** right now(Talk Talk), nobody else works here at night except me so i bring my own cds. I check out some of those humour sites like www.big-boys.com and www.fratguyantics.com etc etc too and play some solitaire.

Oh, and i do some work too, but thats beside the point

Ahhh the web sites "Adult Content" and "Sex" are filtered so can't check out those sites beer is life. Any others welcome. Where u from Jimi? I can guess you sexeeausie. Have a look at mikesradioworld as well it gives you every radio staion on line in the world I think.

http://www.improveverywhere.com/missions.php (hours of entertaining reading right there from the people who make public specticles for entertainment and document them for our pleasure, pretty clean... not what I'd class as having any "Adult Content")
http://www.somethingawful.com (again, very entertaining, I regularly check in on their "photoshop phriday")

Its been hard these last few months living next door to a construction site that stars before I get home and goes for 12 hours.

I'm a University student, that should be enough to keep me busy.

But on top of that, I've got a part time job as a photographer/website designer and it's keeping me up late nights and getting me up early through work and worry.

well my housemate lent me her lappy, she's chinese n all her friends n family r asleep cos its 6hrs ahead n then she goes to bed so its all good! plus i haven had class the last few days n im bored!

I'm working in the same kip as jcoote.I use the term work very lightly.

boards has kept me sane 5 nights a week for the past 15 months. nearly lost it the other night when it was down......how sad my life has become. fu(king electronics.....sure that sound like something interesting to do in college, little do you know you'll be working nights for the first 2 years at least out of college. cant wait until i've enough "experience" (as if the 4 years experience i got while working as a tech while i was in college isn't enough) to tell these fu(kers to shove their shift. not at all bitter though;) . roll on the new year.
