Converting from wav to mp3

Have some music files in wav format on a cd, just wondering how I can convert these to mp3/ windows media format to be burned onto a cd. Thanks.

Don't convert to MP3 if you only want to put them back onto a CD, only if you want compressed music. If you just want the put the wavs directly on a CD, just dump them on your hard drive and use your burning program to put them back on a blank CD.
