    Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations from previous experience for a company in the Dublin/Kildare area who could put hardened valve seat inserts into a Triumph 6 cylinder head? Its suffering from terminal recession (can't get any clearance on two of the exhaust valves) so there's no avoiding it....

    Thanks,

    Aidan

Try westward engineering in Enfield. They know their stuff and even have a rolling road if you need tuning done.

I used Westward Precision for the unleaded conversion on my cortina 1600E, - very good.

Yeah they scimmed the heads for my 3L ford Essex V6, they do a nice job and are one of the few places involved in genuine engineering rather than bolt on lego for the muppet mobiles.
