    This is on a Tae Kwon Do site but in the video gallery you will see a Capoeira Demo from some MA show in Prague I think? Those boys throw some mad shapes! Hope ye like it Cabelo.

    When I was down in Rio De Janerio about 3 years back, I used to see the locals doing Capoeira onthe street and giving demos.

    Man these Capoeira guys were great, and so fast.

    someone showed me a few Capoeira moves recently at lunch break on a sales seminar recently, and we spent the whole lunch breaks, doing the moves...and getting strange looks from all the other suits and ties there. ha ha to hell with them..I was having a blast! Capoeira seems like alot of fun!

    Not Capoeira but this clip has Tony Jaa on a chat show showing some exercises he uses in his training. This was a couple of years prior to Ong Bak.
