    Hi fellas,
Can anyone advise me on a good free software for copying and burning of music and data to a blank cd and dvd ? I have heard of Nero, Is it free and if so is it any good? is thier any other software also besides Nero? I use SonicRecord-Now myself, but a non-boards person asked me about software for copying and burning to cds/dvds. I don’t really know of any so if someone could advise me I’d be very grateful.
    Any help is appreciated.

Nero is by far the best in my opinion,
but its not free, although you can download a trial version,
and I think there's an OEM version available very cheap (its limited).

If you're using a winxp machines you can copy burn cd's using windows media player.

I'm not sure about any other free software, perhaps have a look at sourceforge.net
