Im in the job almost a year now and Im fillling this up for the first time.

Ive read the examples but Im still not 100% on what to put down.
Ive put down the basics bank and other recs , trial balance , Prepare Accounts ,FA Schedules , APC`s and CA Schedules .

Anybody here filled them up and what exactly should I be putting down ?

Im pretty sure Ive done some of the Taxation work but the examples make it sound very complicated.

    ACCA and their Training records.

I have been in practice 18 months and i have only filled them out once.

They are meant to be filled out every six months.

Fill in the relevant parts not all parts will be relevant (for me its management accounts, as i dont do them)

When filling them out take each element, then read the example and then ask yourself does this apply to me!

E.g. Element one - Appraise info for preparation of accounts - I apprasied clients books and records to ensure proper books of accounts required for the preparation of client financial accounts.

Now heres the secret - as they are meant to be filled in every six months - fill out the record in such a way that it appears that you have moved towards greater experience across a time line - dont jump in and say that you have prepared final draft accounts, start with preparation of Bank Rec and Control Accounts - Six months later on the same element - state you prepare accounts to TB - six months later - state you prepare accounts to final draft - do you get my point - if not PM me for a better explaination.
